ea333 Terms and Conditions

1.1 Scope of Agreement

ea333 is an online gaming and betting platform providing services to users in Bangladesh. These terms apply to all transactions related to every service on the platform — casino games, sports betting, live casino, and other gaming activities.

ea333 reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as your acceptance of the revised terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.

1.2 Interpretation and Definitions

The following words are used with specific meanings throughout this document:

• "Platform" — The ea333 website, mobile site, and all associated services.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who has registered with ea333 or is using the platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. ea333 may request a national identity card or other valid documents at any time to verify age. Providing false age information will result in immediate account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person, family, device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings held in them will be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

Providing complete, truthful, and accurate information at registration is mandatory. Name, address, date of birth, and contact details must be kept up to date at all times. Account information must not be shared with third parties without notifying ea333. Operating an account under another person's identity is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method on ea333 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Accepted payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). Deposits made from a third-party account are not accepted — the account used for the deposit and the ea333 account must belong to the same person.

3.2 Minimum Withdrawal and Processing Time

The minimum amount for each withdrawal request is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Successfully verified withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the applicable wagering requirement must be met.

3.3 KYC Verification

As part of its security and fraud prevention measures, ea333 may ask users to complete an identity verification (KYC) process before withdrawals are processed. This process may require submission of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawal processing may be put on hold until verification is complete.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at ea333 will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳10,000 → ৳8,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳18,000

The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only and each user may claim it once.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (twenty-five times), applied to the bonus amount only — not to the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Abuse Policy

Strategic wagering to take advantage of bonuses (bonus hunting), hedging, or placing opposing bets on the same outcome are clear violations of the bonus policy. ea333 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings from such accounts.

4.4 Other Promotions

ea333 may offer various promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms, which will be detailed on the promotion page or in notifications. If the general bonus terms conflict with promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence.

5.1 VIP Tiers and Benefits

The ea333 VIP program has five tiers, each with a weekly cashback arrangement:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement through VIP tiers is earned through regular gaming activity and active participation on the platform. ea333 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

ea333 is committed to ensuring fair play and transparency across all games. All games and random number generators (RNG) used on the platform undergo independent testing. Any attempt to manipulate or interfere with game results will result in permanent account closure.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error or disconnection occurs during a game or transaction, ea333 will make decisions based on the most recent data recorded on the server. For incomplete rounds caused by a technical error, ea333 will assess the situation and take appropriate action. ea333 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from an internet connection failure.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games through any software, bot, script, or automated method
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to platform security
• Deliberately exploiting any vulnerability in the gaming system
• Engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other users

7.1 Data Protection

ea333 uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology to protect users' personal and financial information. All data stored on our servers is secured by industry-standard security technology. 7.2 Account Security

9.2 Third-Party Services

ea333 is not responsible for the quality or availability of services provided by third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming) or payment processors. The terms of service of these providers apply independently.

9.3 Claims for Damages

Under no circumstances will ea333's total liability exceed the current balance in the user's account. Claims for loss of income, loss of opportunity, or consequential damages will not be accepted. This provision is effective to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10.1 Closure by ea333

ea333 may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious behavior
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions
• Providing a false identity or information
• Evidence of being a minor
• Need to comply with legal directives from authorities

10.2 Closure by the User

A user may close their account at any time. To do so, contact the ea333 support team. All pending wagering requirements should be fulfilled before closing the account; any that remain unfulfilled will result in the associated bonus being cancelled. Legitimately earned funds will remain withdrawable.
